To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Delivery charges are determined by the individual Vendors. While some vendors may offer free delivery, please check to see what their shipping and delivery charges are.

We process all payments via stripe which excepts all major credit and debit cards. 

As our vendors sell handmade or personalised items, dispatch times may vary from seller to seller. You will be able to see their shipping policies in their store to ensure that your order is sent within the required timeframe. Please note that dispatch time means the time it takes for the vendor to make and send your item to Royal Mail. Most orders are delivered within the following 2-3 days. However, please keep up to date on any postal strikes as these would have additional pressure and would require a little more time for delivery.

We use stripe Secure to process all our payments and we process all transactions in strict compliance with privacy policies and are safe and SSL Encrypted.

The Vendor from which you purchase the item/s will be notified and will begin processing your order. When they have shipped your item you will receive an email notifying you that the item has been dispatched. Depending on the shipping method you have selected you will then be able to track your order.

You will always receive an order confirmation receipt which will have all the transaction details. Certain types of items you will receive an invoice directly from the Vendor.
