The Personalised Classic Slate Heart Decoration makes for a lovely heartfelt wedding gift.
Personalise this slate heart with up to 4 lines of text. Lines 1 & 2 can take up to 20 characters per line and lines 3 & 4 can take up to 15 characters per line. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered.
NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand. This may even result in personalisation being missed off the product. Many thanks for your cooperation.
The heart has a piece of natural, rustic string which enables this is item to be hung up.
PLEASE NOTE- Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness). This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product including flaking and uneven corners.
Each item contains speckles of fools gold which makes a stunning feature and adds to the rustic feel. However, it may be at times within the area of your personalisation (please see picture).

Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
For item(s) returned to us within 14 days of the request of return with the appropriate Returns Authorisation Code and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed by YuHu Gifts within 14 working days of receipt of the returned items. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. If you would like a Replacement, this will be to your original product specification (e.g. Gift Box) as detailed on your original order and will be sent via the same delivery method. If you wish to upgrade your delivery method for the replacement item, the difference in cost for this upgrade must be paid to YuHu Gifts. Any requests for refunds or replacements must be given to YuHu Gifts within 30 days of the original order date.
PRODUCT LOST IN TRANSIT
If a product is not delivered within the timescale stated at despatch we will require confirmation that the sorting office or local depot has been checked before a replacement is sent out. If tracking information has been provided for your order it is your responsibility to check the status of delivery and follow any advice left by the delivery service on this tracking information.
Delivery Issues In the unlikely event you do not receive products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; YuHu Gifts shall have no liability to you unless you notify YuHu Gifts by email at info@yuhugugifts.comof the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the product(s).Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and YuHu Gifts will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
